My life as an event planner is a whirlwind of creativity and coordination, transforming visions into unforgettable experiences.

An event planner means making sure parties and events go smoothly and are lots of fun for everyone.

I am Anna Thng the founder of At Events Group, I have been in event industry for a good 12 years! Oh god! How time passes so quickly, that I feel it's just yesterday though. It definitely been a fantastic journey for me, and I would love to share with you my experiences I had came across throughout these years as an event planner / event organiser.

I will also be sharing with you the insights and tips on what and how to organise a corporate event, conferences, meetings, private events, house party, birthday celebration and many more!

And some very insightful sharing of my personal experience handling events in Singapore and in other Asia Country, the pros and cons etc.

The very nice people I have met along the way and also some not so nice people along the way as an event planner / event organiser person. But above all, I love my career and especially in event industry, no one day is the same. Everyday is indeed a new challenge to conquer. I guess this is what keeps me going for so long, because clearly I am not the desk bound person haha. I love meeting people!

Above all, I enjoyed what I am doing, my passion for events have develop over the years (it never fade till now) haha, is it a good thing or bad? Cos it's definitely not an easy career to be as an event management / event organiser, having to face all sort of clients, vendors, staffs etc.

Whenever, I shared with new people I met that I am an event organiser, they will say WOW! THAT IS A STRESSFUL CAREER!!

HOW DID YOU MANAGE TO BE IN THIS INDUSTRY FOR SO LONG?

Then, I would reply: I love my job, I love what I do, and another thing that push me even further when all my clients came over to thank me for managing a successful and memorable event for them.

That is one of the reason why I am still in the event industry for the longest time.

While planning an event can be fun, it definitely takes a lot of time and effort. There are so many details that have to be taken care of. Everything from the location, to the space, the entertainment and food is incredibly important, and sometimes we may need to handle people too!

My team and I had managed and completed numerous events including corporate events, dinner and dance, awards night, conferences and seminars, meetings, concerts, as well as private function like yacht party, beach party and many more.

12years ago... This is how I started as an events management sales , event planner / event organiser & events operation. In fact, I learnt everything from stretch, it wasn't easy for sure but it was definitely a fantastic journey for me, as someone who knows nothing to who I am today.
